[TRU Research] Spreadsheet update

Regarding "how we’re supposed indicate these badges on the spreadsheet" for
my prototyping with the leaves* I was using "rating" column. That works if
the badge is also a "continuum", meaning they are in some order and the
employer is identified by one badge. We could use negative ratings then,
for the tortoise etc.
