I was able to download some data from King County GIS re: properties and
was able to get some info about apartments and other multifamily properties:

It's a bit of a mess as-is, but we can filter out whatever and make our own
maps sometime maybe (and play with how this intersects with Jim's elections
and any voter turnout maps).
