[Transit] bus service increase/event

Hi All,

I just added Doug to the listserv so he can get and receive emails through transit at transitriders.org <mailto:transit at transitriders.org>.

Happy to support whatever date is decided. Keep in mind Dec. 13th is our end-of-year celebration, so having this the night before or after could depress attendance at one or both events— but maybe if we’re pulling from more organizations for this meetup that won’t matter too much. And maybe everyone’s in the mood for multiple social events by mid-December, anyway. :)
