[Transit] bus service increase/event

hey folks,

I mentioned this to the Bus & Transit Service workgroup tonight, and it
sounds like there is building consensus that folks are stoked about this
event, and that January feels like the right time.

On the other hand, I am not sure how stoked folks are about meetings right
now :)

Things I can think of that it would be helpful to lock on soonish before
the holidaze sets in:

   - Date
   - Location (sounds like Pike Place Bar is currently the suggested
option, there was a question in the BATS group about whether they have
   outdoor seating?)
   - What do we want the outcome of the event to be? Like do we want
attendees writing letters, showing up to public meetings, joining TRU,
coalition- and relationship-building for future efforts?
   - Do we have a target audience and how do we want to reach them?

Thoughts?

Amy
