[Transit] bus service increase/event

Hey folks,

Happy Friday! Updates on planning:

*Event date: *Thursday March 23, Tuesday March 28, and Thursday March 30th
tied for most popular date choices.

*Planning meeting date:* We can't get everyone on the same date, it sounds
like. The two most popular choices were:

   - Thurs Feb 23 between 6:30 and 9pm: Evan isn't available
   - Sunday Feb 26 anytime between 10am and 2pm: Sarah isn't available

*Do we need to try to hash this out a phone call really quickly or can
someone appoint a delegate from their org to represent them for one of
these times?* As soon as we can agree I'll send out a call invite.

*Location: *I heard no preference or objection between Brewlab and
Optimism. *We should probably see if either of these places has
availability on any of the 3 dates and determine cost - anyone want to help
out with this?*

*Speakers:* I heard no discussion on this, I am assuming we're good with
getting a speaker from each org to represent? I know Doug already
volunteered to speak for the Urbanist,* can everyone else start thinking
about a speaker from their org?* I assume we're looking for ~5mins/per, but
what do you think?

Thanks,
Amy
