[Transit] Fwd: article for Crosscut on how to ride transit, etc.

Hey folks, I’m asking Andy whether he’s already found someone and what the timeline is on this, but if he still needs “a frequent commuter, perhaps someone who doesn’t own a car” to ride along with and interview— anyone interested?  Or in talking with him about gaps/service declines?
