[Transit] BATS meeting RESCHEDULE to Monday April 3

Hi BATS workgroup,
Apologies, I am a little swamped with work tonight and am unable to host
the zoom meeting but Saunatina also suggested it might be good to meet
after the Boost Transit Now event that's happening tomorrow.

So I will send out a reminder for next Monday April 3rd for our rescheduled
monthly BATS meeting.
Hope to see you at the event tomorrow!
