[Transit] “Sponsored” Welcone Back Buses route 47 idea update

This is what I’d typed out as the pitch, hopefully that answers what you are after. :) Thank you for helping!
Elevator pitch: A joint promotion with businesses along that section, like the two main coffee shops (Analog and Top Pot) and a handful of others, to celebrate “welcome back, buses!” This would also serve as a “transit riders ride transit to spend money with you” kind of thing.
Details: TRU would provide marketing—flyers, logo promotion, outreach, “these businesses are good businesses for transit”.
The business would provide space for us to put up a celebratory poster and some form of token discount, either all day (while the new route 3 bus is running or the length of the SDOT party, if there is one) or for a couple of hours mid-day (we would need to gauge interest here, I think they’re more likely to go for a mid-day approach), to people who show up flashing an ORCA card, paper transfer, or TRU swag.
TRU members—BATS and whomever else would like to come—would do our group celebration ride during this period as well.

That feels like it would be a lot faster to turn around. But that largely depends on if anyone knows how to make a good poster!
