Hey fellow BATS folks,

Casey Martin from KUOW would like to interview a TRU member about the stop closures at 12th and Jackson.  Is anyone free?  I am stuck on a long work project that I can’t get out of until this evening.  But I’ve talked to Casey before (about the SLU streetcar and CM Saka’s now-defeated proposal to axe it) and he’s a great interviewer, very kind.

My questions:

 • What's your reaction to Metro's decision?
 • What would you like to see happen from the county and/ or city of Seattle?
 • Are you aware of closures like this happening before, either here in Seattle or elsewhere?
