[Transit] We did it! Route “47” is saved!

Metro is going forward with “option B”, which would officially retire the route 47 number as a standalone entity but also extend some trips of the route 3 to cover this area.  (These trips on the 3 are currently the “downtown only” ones that are roughly every half hour from 7a to 7p.)

We got back what we had pre-pandemic.  That’s a good thing.  Now the area can be part of the broader network and not lose its service “forever” without a peep.
