[Transit] We did it! Route “47” is saved!

Absolutely agreed. My three reasons to push were: access (Capitol Hill is, it turns out, a hill! And a steep one at that!), trolley preservation, and fairness for lack of another word (we can't just suspend service and then cancel it years after anyone could have ridden it).

Metro saw the light and saw it our way and that's awesome. A win for BATS!
