[Transit] Fwd: Metro and TRU Discussion re: Route 20

Wes and I just met with Metro's Lynnwood Link restructure team. The slides
are attached if anybody is curious. They didn't back down from their
position that cutting the Route 20 was the thing to do given their
constraints and values and the outreach process had been thorough. We
reiterated that we'd like to see Metro on a growth trajectory as soon as
possible so that restructures and service changes don't have to be
austerity-minded hunger games. We also expressed our thanks for responding
to our Save the 20 letter and walking us through their decision process.
