[Transit] Plans for Monday, transit driver, appreciation day!

Sweet! Anyone else? Pauline says we can meet her around 3rd and Pike at 5pm, and clean up around there for at least the first half hour to give people time to arrive. Then we could move to other stops on 3rd if we want.
