[Transit] Fwd: Rainier Ave Bus Lane

Thanks Katie. I think this is something BATS would like to support. I will
bring it up at our meeting on Monday.

Even though SDOT have put the project out to bid their timeline still says
early stages of design, so it would be good to encourage them to stay on
track to get to 100% of the intended plan!
