[BATS] "Transportation Reform" effort - thoughts?

Looks good.  Instead of a new group why not make this part of TRU?  Everybody knows who we are so Trevor and his crew would get way more attention and TRU would become better known in the burbs.
They could be part of BATS or their own working group.
