we left off on email before the holidays to see if we can get this event

January works for me. December was going to be tough to squeeze in. I think  
awareness raising is fine for this initial event, but if we can get people  
plugged in at TRU, The Urbanist, SeaSubway, etc all the better. Fine to  
encourage them to start pressuring their County CMs and City CMsI was  
thinking we just invite our lists, post our respective websites, and see  
how it goes unless you want to go beyond that to target audiences.  
Long-term we probably should think about how to expand the  
coalition for this campaign, but the January event to get the ball  
rolling doesn't necessarily need to get all the way there.Event can be  
anywhere. We're not tied to Pike Place Bar. Seattle Subway just mentioned  
it had worked well for an event with about 30 folks last month. Ben B also  
knows the owner. If we're expecting a lot bigger crowd it might be an
