[Transit] Best message to Sound Transit re service disruption?

Hi Katie,
I'm not sure about specifics of ST's outreach to prepare riders about the
disruption or how well the shuttle buses are filling in but I wrote this
sentence as maybe a starting point.
*We understand that track maintenance and repairs are necessary for our
light rail system, but most major metropolitan transit agencies do
everything possible to not disrupt weekday commutes for riders. Other
agencies schedule work for evenings and weekends and avoid altering weekday
transit schedules*. *Sound Transit needs to do better!*
