[Transit] Bus and Transit Services (BATS) meeting CANCELLED

Hello BATs,
It sounds like a few folks are unable to make the meeting tonight and I
have a fairly heavy schedule too.

Let's cancel the meeting for this evening.

I will be at the TRU cleanup tomorrow night, if any BATs are going to be
there we can unofficially catch up on the state of transit :)
