Hi! See below for a TRU tabling opportunity, 10am-3pm in Seattle on August. 14th and in Kirkland in Aug. 15th. 

By chance that second date is also when we’re teaming up with Eastside Urbanist group for an evening social meet-up in Redmond, so there’s a fun opportunity to make a day of it…

This is a private event that aims to promote sustainable commuting options for the over 4,000 Google employees across Google’s Washington offices. Last year we held our inaugural Commute Expo with great success, totaling 1,300 attendees across both our campuses!

> Information sessions on topics like basic preventative bike maintenance

> This event will be a great opportunity for the Transit Riders Union to promote its transportation message to campuses with over 4,000 employees who are interested in sustainable commuting options. We welcome participation in many forms and levels, including attendance and staffing of a booth, providing prizes/giveaways, swag, literature about your group and its missions, and even educational programming. Any or all of these would be greatly appreciated at both or either campus! Keep in mind that purchases or monetary transactions of any kind cannot take place at the expo itself.
