[BATS] Request to Join Upcoming Meeting: Harrison & Mercer Project Update

Hm, they got back to me and it sounds like they’re hoping for an hour total for presentation + questions. If we want to do this on the 19th without totally taking over our meeting, I can see a couple of options:

1. We do this 5-6pm, before our official meeting starts.
2. We ask them to join at 7pm. That gives us an hour 6-7pm to do the rest of our meeting, and then people who want to stay for the whole SDOT thing can just stay on till 8.

Alternatively, we can invite them to an upcoming BATS meeting instead.
