[BATS] Request to Join Upcoming Meeting: Harrison & Mercer Project Update

PSRC took about an hour (48 minutes by my notes) at BATS so that’s doable if SDOT are game.

My thought of preference is: #2 (that way people have the option to stay because a bunch of people are getting off work right at 5), come to BATS the following Monday (we can “advetise” the session at the regular member meeting), #1 (feels a bit early for folks / they might not remember to join early).
